WatermarkRemover.pro provides a free online tool for enhancing and sharpening blurry images. Images are uploaded securely to our processing service, enhanced using AI, and returned to you. Images are deleted from the processing service after the result is delivered.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to process images that you do not own or have the legal right to modify.
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to the enhancement of images for defamation, harassment, or deception.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our proprietary algorithms beyond what is publicly visible in the browser.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that could overload or interfere with its operation.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on WatermarkRemover.pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and software, is the property of WatermarkRemover.pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your images: You retain full ownership of any images you process using the Service. While your images are temporarily processed through our service, we do not claim ownership of or rights to your images. They are deleted from our processing service after the result is delivered.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of results produced by the image enhancement algorithms

Image enhancement results may vary depending on the quality and type of the original image. We do not guarantee that every image can be successfully cleanred or improved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WatermarkRemover.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free).
